The Culture
Imagine an advertising agency as a green open space in which creative people can develop their skills to the full. Their actions are limited by only two factors. On the one hand, the strategy agreed with the client (which acts as a guide for assessing any creative developments) and on the other hand, the constraints of time and money.
Spring does its utmost to guarantee its staff an environment that gives free rein to their creativity. This was one of the reasons behind the move from an industrial estate in Amsterdam Watergraafsmeer to a historic building in the heart of Utrecht. Spring has only one layer of management. This makes the company even more accessible.

The culture within Spring is also characterised by a high degree of professional commitment. For example, Spring took action when it felt that the divisions in healthcare were becoming too explicit and in addition to its group of regular large (larger) clients, Spring also works with clients in the non-profit sector, including patient and special interest groups.
