Strategy
Many potential TENA customers fail to select the appropriate product. This leads to a certain level of dissatisfaction due to incorrect use. TENA makes every effort possible to emphasise the importance of correct use from the outset. Information evenings, training courses, sample packs, etc. So they approached Spring with the question: can you come up with a good idea for this?
Campaign
Spring developed a campaign based on the familiar scratch card. The principle was applied both in print and using a campaign website. By asking one question at a time and then ticking or scratching the appropriate box, the TENA lady could identify exactly the right sample pack for her. The campaign was also run in the UK.
